Sweet and earthy, grounding and uplifting, settling and cozy to the spirit while also offering hope. Lilac flower essence is hand made with spring water, created and blessed in the Amethyst Arrow outdoor studio (aka my garden).

Instructions: Shake and spray wherever energetic and heart healing is needed. Great spray over fresh bedding for sweet dreams and protected sleep. Wonderful in your car, or the shower or bath.

Ingredients:

Essential oils of geranium for sweet tender love and combatting anxiety, bergamot for a boost of cheer and dropping cortisol, and fir needle for grounding and easing the body. Lilac flower essence for easing grief and offering a soft landing place for melancholy. Suspended in spring water with a small amount of alcohol for preservation.
